1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 33ph website located at 33ph.org (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 33ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

33ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use the 33ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling;
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms is lawful;
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded from 33ph or any other gaming platform operated by 33ph's affiliates;
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of 33ph, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

33ph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the 33ph Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 33ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 33ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party;
• Notify 33ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.

3.4 Account Responsibility. 33ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 33ph of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

3.5 KYC Verification. 33ph is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to submit valid identification documents upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 33ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 33ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 33ph currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to and from Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. This list is subject to change at 33ph's discretion.

4.3 Deposit Terms. Deposits are credited to your 33ph account upon confirmation of receipt. 33ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 33ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit, or to accounts verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 33ph account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not supported, in compliance with Philippine regulations.

5 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 33ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Random Number Generation. All electronic games on the 33ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game.

5.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 33ph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 33ph's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 33ph reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General eligibility requires a verified 33ph account in good standing.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions. 33ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional benefit if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 33ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have already opted in to a specific offer.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33ph Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33ph staff or other players;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 33ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 33ph.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

33ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

33ph implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 33ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 33ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 33ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 33ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 33ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Termination by You. You may close your 33ph account at any time by contacting 33ph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by 33ph. 33ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for cause, 33ph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive termination.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 33ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that 33ph has acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, you may direct your complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.

13 Amendments and Entire Agreement

13.1 Amendments. 33ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 33ph will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

13.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the 33ph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33ph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver. No failure or delay by 33ph in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 33ph.
